We know how to ensure successful collaboration between sales, marketing, and IT—and what challenges arise along the way. Since 1999, we have been supporting e-commerce teams and methodically developing collaboration.

The goal: to sustainably increase efficiency and engagement through clear routines, psychological safety, and strengths-based development.

The demands on managers have changed significantly, especially in agile, non-hierarchical teams. We rely on the positive leadership approach and support managers in developing their individual leadership style and putting it into practice. Regular coaching and supervision ensure the achievement of objectives and sustainable transfer into practice. Our aim is to shape leadership in such a way that it increases the motivation and effectiveness of the entire team.
Digital projects require teams that can make targeted use of their strengths and adapt in an agile manner. Clear role allocation and process reliability are just as crucial as a motivating corporate culture and close employee loyalty. Our experience shows that teams that experience psychological security and regular feedback work more efficiently and with greater commitment. We create the necessary structures to further develop agile teams as well as to introduce teams from traditional structures to agile working methods.
